Whitney M. Young Magnet High School
I started at Whitney Young in 7th grade in a program for 7th and 8th graders from around Chicago. It was especially a great opportunity because I was able to get almost a year of high school credits. While I didn't end up taking advantage of those extra credits because of skating, many "ackies" would graduate a year early.
Because of skating, I moved from Chicago after my first year of high school.
