Tranche Project

The Tranche Project is a group of software developers in the proteomics research lab at the University of Michigan. This is an informational site about the group's software including the Tranche distributed repository, the Tranche graphical user interface, the Annotation Lexicon, the Java MySQL Utility, and Proteome Commons.

Built using JSP on an Apache Tomcat web server and a MySQL database. The audience is tracked using Google Analytics.
